Check-In / Check-Out

Our hotel does not have a 24-hour reception. Please note the following information about check-in, check-out and luggage storage:

Check-in

Regular check-in: Daily from 15.00 to 19.00.

Self-check-in: If you arrive after 19.00h (7pm), we will be happy to leave your key in our key box at the main entrance. We will send you the code by email or SMS. Please let us know if you arrive after our opening hours so that we can prepare everything for you. Thank you very much!

Check-out

Check-out time is 10.00h (10am), on sundays at 11.00h (11am). If you need to leave very early, please drop your key card in our installed "Key Return Box" on the ground floor. Please remember to pay your city tax. Either at the reception or by payment link, which we will send you if necessary. Thank you very much!

Luggage

If you want to drop off your luggage before check-in, that's no problem! We will be here from 9.00 to 12.00h in the morning. From 12.00 to 14.00h our reception is closed, but you can enter the hotel and leave your bags (no valuables) in the common room. Check-in is possible from 15.00h (3pm).
