Our Team welcomes you to the freshly renovated Pop-up-Hotel KRONE Zürich.
We are very happy to have you as our guest and we hope to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
FRONT DESK HOURS
Our front desk is open:
Mon – Fri
10am – 12pm | 2pm – 5pm
Always keep your key with you. Overnight and during the day, from 12am-2pm, the main entrance is locked and you will need your key to get inside.
Check-out is until 11am.
SHOWERS / TOILETS
You will find separate showers and restrooms on every floor. Should the shower on your floor be occupied, you may use the shower on any other floor. On the 3rd floor, there is a shower for women only. Please note, that the showers are closed from 10pm-7am.
You can pick up a hair dryer at the front desk and bring it back when you check out. Lost hair dryers will be charged to your credit card in the amount of CHF 60.

SNACKS, BEVERAGES & TOILETRIES
You can purchase snacks, beverages and toiletries at our front desk.
Our tap water is perfectly safe to drink. By the way, did you know that the city of Zürich has 1200 public fountains which provide excellent drinking water?
FOOD AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
It is not permitted to have food or alcoholic beverages in the rooms. Please note that our fire alarm is extremely sensitive (500 year old house) and can be triggered by fumes.
Smoking is not permitted in the hotel. Please do not light any candles on the hotel grounds.
We kindly ask you to be quiet during the night from 10 PM to 7 AM. The showers will be closed during this time.
If the fire alarm is triggered the fire department is automatically called. Should the alarm purposely be triggered through smoking in the room (or by food, etc.) you will be charged CHF 2000.
