We keep you safe during Covid-19
We take the following measures to ensure you can enjoy your stay with us during the Covid-19 pandemic:
We will still give you a warm welcome and plenty of smiles during your stay, just for now from the recommended physical distance of 1.5 metres and no handshakes. Maybe a Japanese style bow or a smile and wave? We are sure you can spot our smile even behind the mask that we are currently wearing.
We will offer a contact free check-in but we'll need your help:
Please complete the required information through the online check-in.
Our reception hours are limited, please double check on this website before you arrive and let us know your arrival time.
Meet us in person upon your arrival, show us your passport and we'll take a picture of it.
And make sure you'll pay by card whenever you can.
We clean the hotel daily. All surfaces, all key cards, the elevator, the handrails, the door knobs, everything. Not just during a pandemic. It's the famous Swiss cleanliness.
We won't close our communal spaces. You can still use our lobby to sip a coffee but some safety measures will apply. Tables are 1.5 metres apart and maximum number of guests allowed in the lobby might be restricted according to the health department's recommendations.
We offer you free hand sanitiser so please use it every time you enter the building. In addition our friends from Soeder still supply us with their fantastic natural hand soap and lotion.
We make sure all of our staff working at the hotel are healthy and have all the supplies they need to keep it that way. When someone's not feeling well, they stay at home until they recovered fully.
We follow the guidelines worked out by the Swiss Hotels Association in partnership with the Federal Department of Health. Ask us at reception and we will let you know all about it.
In our communally used spaces such as reception, lobby, stairway and elevator it is mandatory for staff and guests to wear a mask.
We look forward to welcome you and are sure you will follow the safety rules perfectly. If you are unsure what the safety rules in Switzerland are, just ask us and we will run you through it. Stay happy and healthy and see you soon in Zurich!
